Firstly you may need to get some expert advice about attaching climbing holds to your interior wall as it will depend on the wall construction as to which fixing technique to use for a proper secure fitting - screw fit, bolt on, expansion bolts and even resin glues are all possible solutions.
For low-level traversing you will need a minimum of 4 holds per linear meter (2 for hands and two for feet) ideally around double that will create a more interesting route. Depending on how many routes you wish to set and how high up the wall you wish to go there is not really an upper limit. You can use surprisingly small holds for feet and as your technique improves, smaller holds for hands too. Initially though, we'd suggest starting with the larger sizes for hands.
All the holds we supply are of the same standard you would find in any professional climbing wall; each being individually shaped and fully resin cast while also being designed to reduce risk of tendon injury, ie: not the cheap plastic type sometimes found in playgrounds.
