2007 has seen Montane spread its wings a little in response to customer demand. Briefly the range now has three prongs: Mountain(eering) ; Biking (or cycling if you're from the old shool) and Running (which includes adventure racing and challenge walking etc.)
Actually, none of this is particularly a revolution as Montane customers have long come from these three outdoor disciplines but 2007 has seen some real innovations that specialise on these users. One of the best is the Bionic undershorts... no, they're not something kinky to wear in the bedroom, but on-yer-bike they siginifcantly reduce numb and bruised undercarriages.
Outdoors magic tested the shorts recently and gave them a thumbs up (or should that be bums up?)
