Happy New Year... Its January 3rd and theres another flurry of snow gently padding against the window panes at the walkhigh mountaineering offices. So I thought you would like to know about two Montane garments that are just about perfect for hitting the hill this winter and have been endorsed by two of the outdoor industry's leading publications Trail and Outdoor Enthusiast.
Montane Terra Thermic Pant
Performance 4.5/5 Value 5/5

Tough, very warm, wicking with micro fleece lining create a really snug pair of winter pants. The waist is part elasticated and you get 2 zipped, mesh lined hand pockets. The most obvious feature is the 3/4 length zip and poppered vents. The knees are articulated and the press stud ankle fastenings keep out the elements. Overall you get a lot for your money with the Terra Thermics and they 're really comfy too. Montane Flux Jacket
'Best Duvet Jackets' category Trail Magazine Jan '08

Snuggle up in this if you want a 520grm Primaloft jacket with more insulation around your cold spots and a dinky pack size. Best for bargain hunters that want lightweight warmth for damp UK tilts. - SEE THE REVIEW HERE
