I rate Montane's design philosophy, they never fob girls off with a unisex cut. This wind shell first saw daylight in "Must Have" Dec 2006 and I have been using it almost everyday since then, biking to work. It has proved to be an invaluable, well designed, super light shell that keeps the weather out. Its simple but with all the right features. The single pocket, drop tail, full zip and reflective blobs do their job. The hood protects me from light showers and it all scrunches down to the size of an apple.
